This Privacy Policy describes how Travlan, operated by craftX Design Labs ("we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Travlan mobile application ("App").

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide the service:

• Account information — your name and email address when you register.
• Travel data — itineraries, customer details, bookings, and expense records that you create inside the App.
• Device token — an Expo Push Token to deliver notifications to your device. This token is not used for tracking.
• Photos — images you voluntarily upload as cover images for itineraries, stored securely in our cloud storage.

We do not collect location data, contacts, browsing history, or any data not directly required for App functionality.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your Travlan account.
• To store and display the travel itineraries and customer records you create.
• To send push notifications about new enquiries and itinerary activity.
• To generate PDF itinerary exports on your device.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase and protected with industry-standard access controls. Passwords are never stored in plain text. JWT tokens are short-lived and rotated on every use.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — database and file storage.
• Expo — push notification delivery.
• Open-Meteo — weather forecasts (no personal data sent).
• Nominatim / OpenStreetMap — location search (no personal data sent).

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at support@craftxdesignlabs.in.

6. Children's Privacy

Travlan is intended for use by travel agency professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@craftxdesignlabs.in.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
